What Is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is an additional service designed for patients who want structured, personalized support between visits. It’s a way to take your care one step further, with a clear, written plan you can follow at home to help you meet specific health, fitness, or recovery goals.
For new clients who are not currently chiropractic patients, we’ll start with an initial virtual appointment to review your health history, goals, and current challenges. For existing patients, much of this information can be gathered from your previous visits, with additional discussion as needed.
This is a separate service from chiropractic care and is billed separately. Costs typically range from $50 to $250, depending on the complexity of your plan and your health needs. Pricing may be higher if you provide additional health records, imaging, or other documentation that requires in-depth review before your plan is created.
When Can I Add This Service?
Health Coaching can be added at any time during your treatment plan. We can discuss it during a chiropractic visit, or you can reach out at any point if you feel you’d benefit from extra guidance.

A customized health program tailored to your goals, written and emailed to you
A clear, structured plan that can include exercise and fitness, nutritional guidance (within my scope as a chiropractor, not as a dietitian), supplement recommendations, or a combination of all three
Strategies and timelines to help you stay consistent and track your progress
Education and practical tips to make your plan realistic and achievable
Examples of Programs:
Return-to-Sport Post-Injury Plan: A progressive rehab and conditioning plan to get you safely back to your sport with confidence and reduced risk of re-injury.
Pregnancy or Postpartum Exercise Plan: Gentle, safe, and effective exercises to support your body during pregnancy or guide your return to fitness after birth.
Pre-Season Training Plan: Sport-specific conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention exercises to prepare your body for the demands of the season ahead.
Anti-Inflammatory Protocol: A targeted lifestyle and nutrition-based plan designed to help reduce inflammation, support joint health, and improve overall well-being.
