Hi, I’m Dr. Justine Rodrigues.

I’m a chiropractor who believes that the best care starts with listening.

My approach is evidence-based, hands-on, and deeply individualized. I take the time to understand the full picture, not just symptoms, but how your body, lifestyle, stress, movement habits, and goals all interact.

Care is designed to make sense, feel supportive, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

A chiropractor on a mission to redefine women’s health, and to reshape how people think about chiropractic care: not just pain relief, but whole-body support for how you move, feel, and live.

How I Approach Care

A woman with long blonde hair and a white long-sleeve shirt, sitting in a beige armchair in a modern, stylish living room with dark green walls, a black shelf with decorative items, including books, a star sculpture, a horse figurine, and plants, smiling at the camera.

I don’t follow preset treatment routines or one-size-fits-all plans.

Each visit is shaped by:

  • Thorough assessment and clinical reasoning

  • Current evidence and best practices

  • How your body responds over time

  • Your goals, preferences, and stage of life

My goal isn’t endless treatment.
It’s meaningful progress and long-term resilience.

Athlete. Mother. Clinician.

Before becoming a chiropractor, I spent years training and competing at a high level, learning firsthand what it means to push a body, recover from injury, and balance performance with long-term health.

Becoming a mother deepened that understanding even further, highlighting how bodies change, priorities shift, and care must adapt to real life, not ideal circumstances.

These experiences shape how I practice today.
